The Galaxy S24 Ultra is undeniably an impressive device. True to Samsung’s tradition, it’s packed with top-of-the-line hardware and boasts cutting-edge AI features. However, its hefty price tag may give some users pause, especially considering that many of its standout features aren’t exclusive to the Ultra model.

One of its most commendable attributes is its display, which excels in outdoor visibility. The screen is remarkably easy to use in bright sunlight, thanks to a new anti-glare coating that effectively minimizes reflections. With a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, the 6.8-inch display ensures excellent visibility even in harsh lighting conditions. Additionally, the introduction of Gorilla Glass Armor enhances screen durability, promising improved scratch resistance.

The camera system of the S24 Ultra is another highlight, offering one of the best portrait modes available. The built-in stylus adds a touch of convenience, making tasks like creating grocery lists a breeze. While some AI features, such as live translation for phone calls and voice recording summaries, are impressive, others may not be as compelling.

On the downside, battery performance is merely satisfactory, and the new flat-screen design, while aesthetically pleasing, may result in some discomfort due to sharp corners.
